Undo & Redo: Edit History for Automations, Documents, and Forms

See who changed what and when across your automations, document templates, and form templates, and revert any change with one click.

Automations, document templates, and form templates now keep a full edit history, and any change can be reverted with one click. If someone edits an action, tweaks a section, or changes a field and it turns out to be wrong, you don't have to rebuild it by hand: find the change in the history and click Undo.

Automations

Open any automation at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/automations and go into its detail page. The History card in the right-hand column lists every edit made to that automation, newest first. Each entry shows:

Expand an entry to see the field-level before/after diff. If the change can be reverted, you'll see an Undo link next to it. Click Undo to revert just that change. The link flips to Redo, so you can re-apply it if you change your mind. Reverted entries carry an amber Reverted tag so it's obvious at a glance what's been rolled back.

Document builder

Open any document template at https://app.trustpager.com/content/documents and go into the builder. Next to the Settings tab is a new Changes tab. It shows the same kind of history for that document template, settings changes and every section added, edited, or deleted, with the same expand-to-diff and Undo/Redo behaviour as automations.

Form builder

Open any form template at https://app.trustpager.com/operations/forms and go into the builder. The same Changes tab sits next to Settings, showing history for the form template and its fields, with Undo/Redo on each entry.

How Undo/Redo works

Who can use it

Undo and Redo require edit permission on that resource: write access to automations, documents, or forms respectively. If you only have read access, you can still see the full history, but the Undo/Redo controls won't be available.
