How to Submit a Service Request
Submit a service request directly from inside the platform. Your request goes straight to the team with full context.
Need a custom automation built, a new pipeline configured, a report set up, or a bug investigated? Submit a service request directly from inside TrustPager. Your request goes straight to the team with full context, so there's no back-and-forth explaining what you need.
Submitting a Request
From any page in TrustPager, you can access the Service Request option. Describe what you need — a new feature, a configuration change, or a problem you've encountered. Be specific about the outcome you're looking for.
What to Include
The more detail you provide, the faster the request can be handled:
- What you need — describe the feature, change, or fix
- Why you need it — context helps the team prioritise and design the right solution
- Examples or screenshots — if you can show what you mean, include it
- Timeline — is this urgent, or can it wait until your next review?
How Requests Are Handled
Each service request is logged with full context — who submitted it, which workspace, and any linked records. The team reviews incoming requests and responds with a plan, usually within one business day. You'll be notified when work begins and when it's complete.
Tip: Service requests are the fastest path to getting custom work done on your platform. Don't try to work around a limitation — submit a request and let the team build it properly.
