Set Your Personal Timezone
Override the workspace timezone with your own so timestamps, calendar events, and date displays in TrustPager always reflect your local time.
By default, TrustPager shows dates and times using your workspaces timezone set by your admin in the company profile. If you work in a different timezone, you can set a personal preference so the app always reflects your local time.
Go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/preferences to get started. You can also get there by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting Preferences.
Set your timezone
On the Preferences page, find the Localization card. Open the Timezone dropdown and search for or scroll to your timezone.
There is no save button the setting saves the moment you select an option. Youll see a Timezone updated toast confirming it worked.
To go back to whatever your workspace has configured, pick Use company default at the top of the dropdown. Youll see a Reset to workspace default toast.
What your timezone setting affects
Your personal timezone changes how you see things in the app it does not change anything your contacts or clients receive.
- Timestamps on emails, SMS, notes, and activities
- Calendar and booking views
- Date and time fields on opportunities
- Scheduled communication send times displayed in your inbox
What it does not affect
- Outbound emails and SMS to contacts times referenced in outbound messages use the contacts timezone (or the workspace timezone as a fallback). Your personal setting doesnt change what customers receive.
- Automation schedules automation timing, booking confirmations, and system-generated content use the workspace timezone, not personal preferences.
- Other team members views this is a per-user setting. Changing yours has no effect on how your teammates see TrustPager.
Troubleshooting
The app still shows the old timezone
Pages that were already open when you changed the setting need a hard refresh to repaint. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to force a full reload. Newly opened pages will pick up the change automatically.
My contact received an email with the wrong time
Your personal timezone does not affect whats in outbound messages. Times in emails sent to contacts are based on the contacts own timezone, with the workspace timezone as a fallback not your personal preference. This is intentional, so that what a contact sees reflects their local context rather than yours.
Why is there also a timezone in the company settings?
The workspace timezone (set at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/company) is the system default. It controls automation schedules, booking confirmations, and the display for any team member who hasnt set a personal preference. Both settings coexist and serve different purposes.
