Set Your Default Pipeline
Choose which pipeline opens by default when you access the CRM, overriding the company-wide default.
## What is the default pipeline?
The default pipeline is the pipeline that loads automatically when you open the CRM. Each user can set their own preference � your choice overrides the company-wide default set by your admin.
This is useful if your team has multiple pipelines but you work primarily in one. Instead of switching pipelines every time, set yours once and the CRM will always open on the right view.
## How to set your default pipeline
1. Go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/preferences
2. Find the **Default Pipeline** setting
3. Select the pipeline you want to open by default
4. Save your changes
The next time you open the CRM, it will land on your chosen pipeline automatically.
## Notes
- This setting is per-user. Changing it only affects your own account.
- If the pipeline you selected is later deleted, the CRM will fall back to the company-wide default.
- Admins can set the company-wide default from the CRM settings page.
