Manage your booking (reschedule, cancel, or update your details)
How to reschedule, cancel, add to your calendar, or fix a typo in your name or phone number using your booking confirmation link.
When a business sends you a booking link through TrustPager, you can manage your appointment yourself — no need to call or email anyone. Your booking confirmation email includes a personal link back to your booking page. Use it to reschedule, cancel, add the appointment to your calendar, or fix a typo in your contact details.
Find your booking page
Your confirmation email contains a link that looks like this:
https://app.trustpager.com/book/[company]/manage/[token]
Open that link in any browser. You don't need to log in — the link is unique to your booking.
Reschedule
Click Reschedule to pick a new date and time. You'll see the same availability calendar used when you first booked. Once you confirm a new slot, your original time is released and a fresh confirmation is sent to you.
Cancel
Click Cancel booking if you can no longer make it. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is finalised. The business will be notified automatically.
Add to your calendar
Click Add to calendar to download a calendar invite (.ics file). Open it to add the appointment to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app on your device.
Fix typos in your name or phone
If your name was misspelled when you booked, or your phone number is wrong, click Edit in the "Your details" section. Save the corrected details — this is especially important if your phone number is wrong, as SMS reminders can't reach you with a typo.
Can't find your link?
Search your inbox for an email from the business that sent you the booking. The subject line usually includes the appointment name or date. If you can't find it, reach out to the business directly and ask them to resend the confirmation.
If you have questions specific to the meeting, the business that sent you the booking is the right person to ask — they have full access to it.
