How to Manage Your Personal Profile

Update your name, photo, contact details, and personal information that other team members see across your workspace.

Your personal profile is what your team sees when you appear in opportunities, comments, notes, and call logs. It's separate from your company profile — that's the workspace itself. Head to https://app.trustpager.com/account/profile to manage it.

What you can edit

All fields auto-save as you type or upload — there is no save button to click.

Where your profile shows up

Your name and photo appear in:

Profile vs company settings

Your profile is personal — only you can change it, and the changes follow you across every workspace you belong to. The company profile at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/company is the workspace's identity (name, logo, brand colours) and only admins can change it.

Connected apps

To connect your personal Gmail, Google Calendar, or other apps, head to https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect.

Security

To change your password or set up two-factor authentication, go to https://app.trustpager.com/account/security.

Preferences

Display preferences (theme, timezone, notification style) live at https://app.trustpager.com/account/preferences.
