How to Manage Integrations
Connect, configure, and monitor third-party integrations like Stripe, Xero, Slack, Google, and DocuSign — all from one place.
The Integrations page is where you connect TrustPager to the rest of your tools — payment providers, accounting systems, calendars, signing tools, communication platforms, and more. Each integration brings data flows in, out, or both. Head to https://app.trustpager.com/auto/integrations to see everything available and what's currently connected.
What you'll see
The page lists every integration TrustPager supports, grouped by category:
- Payments — Stripe
- Accounting — Xero (and others by request)
- Calendar — Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook
- Email — Gmail, Postmark, SendGrid
- Signing — DocuSign
- Communications — Slack, Twilio
- Voice agents — Retell
- Custom webhooks — generic incoming and outgoing webhooks for anything not on this list
Each card shows the integration's status — Connected, Setup Required, or Not Connected — and a quick connect or manage button.
Connecting an integration
Click Connect on any integration card. Most use OAuth — you'll be sent to the provider, asked to approve TrustPager's access, then returned to the integration page. Some (like custom webhooks) ask for an API key or URL instead.
Once connected, the card flips to Connected and exposes per-integration settings — which data to sync, sync direction, and any provider-specific options.
Personal vs company integrations
Some integrations have a personal equivalent (e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar) where you connect your own account at https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect. The integrations page is for company-wide connections that apply to the whole workspace — Stripe payments, DocuSign signing, Xero accounting.
Rule of thumb: if it's a tool only you use (your inbox, your calendar), connect it personally. If it's a tool the whole team relies on (the company Stripe account, the DocuSign workspace), connect it on the integrations page.
Health checks
Each connected integration is health-checked automatically. If a token expires, an OAuth grant is revoked, or the provider has an outage, the card switches to Setup Required and a banner appears in the Auto section pointing to https://app.trustpager.com/auto/setup-required.
Click the integration card to see the specific issue and the action needed (usually "Reconnect" with the OAuth flow). Once fixed, the card returns to Connected and any queued automations resume.
Disconnecting
Each card has a Disconnect action. Disconnecting:
- Revokes TrustPager's access to the provider immediately
- Stops any active syncs
- Doesn't delete data already in TrustPager — historical records remain intact
- Causes any automation that depends on the integration to start failing until you reconnect

Tip: If an integration you need isn't listed, try the generic incoming or outgoing webhook. They're flexible enough to wire into most APIs without a dedicated integration.
