How to Use the CRM Calendar

See all your scheduled events, bookings, tasks, and opportunity reminders in one place. Switch between day, week, fortnight, and month views, see how long each appointment runs, filter by team member or event type, and click anything to edit it.

The Calendar gives you a single view of everything scheduled across your CRM: opportunity reminders, bookings from clients, Google Calendar events, tasks with due dates, and work orders. Open it at https://app.trustpager.com/tasks/calendar.

What Shows on the Calendar

Each day cell can contain any combination of five event types:

Within each day, events are sorted by time. Google Calendar events and bookings appear first (chronologically), followed by tasks and work orders.

Switching Views

Use the segmented control in the top right to switch between Day, Week, Fortnight, and Month. The view you choose persists between sessions.

Navigate with the arrow buttons or click Today to jump back to the present. The arrows move by one day, one week, two weeks, or one month depending on the view you are in.

Seeing How Long Something Runs

Every timed item shows its length, not just when it starts, so a 15 minute phone consult never looks the same as a 45 minute meeting.

Tasks and work orders are a due date rather than an appointment, so they have no length to show. In the Day view they sit in a strip above the time grid, along with all-day Google Calendar events.

An opportunity reminder only shows an end time if a duration was set on it. Without one it shows its start time alone rather than guessing a length.

Filtering What You See

Two filters sit above the calendar grid:

Clicking to Edit

Every item on the calendar is interactive, in every view including the Day time grid:

Adding Events from the Calendar

Two buttons sit in the top right of the toolbar:

Setting an end time is worth doing, because that is what gives the item a visible length on the calendar.

Getting Reminded

A floating card warns you before any calendar item starts, wherever you are in TrustPager, not just on the calendar page. It covers reminders, bookings, tasks, work orders, Google Calendar events, and personal events.

Drag the card out of the way by its header if it's sitting over something you need. Control how far ahead you're warned (5 to 60 minutes) and who else is covered from the bell in the top right of the calendar toolbar, next to the Day / Week / Fortnight / Month view toggle, at https://app.trustpager.com/tasks/calendar. See How to Manage Your Notification Settings for the full breakdown of the Calendar surface.

Google Calendar Connection

Google Calendar events only appear if at least one team member has connected their Google account. Connect yours at https://app.trustpager.com/account/connect. Once connected, choose which workspaces can see your calendar from the same settings page.

If a booking was made through TrustPager's scheduling pages, it appears as a Booking (not a Google Event) even if it created a Google Calendar entry. This avoids duplicates and gives you the richer booking detail (client name, linked opportunity, notetaker status).

Tip: On a heavy day, switch to Day view before you offer anyone a time. The gaps between blocks are your actual free slots, at a glance, without opening a single booking.
