How to Monitor AI Agents in Agent Hub
Agent Hub is your central view of every AI agent running in your workspace — real-time responders, voice agents, and scheduled agents — with live status, run history, and failure alerts.
Agent Hub is the single place to see every AI agent running in your workspace. Head to https://app.trustpager.com/auto/agent-hub to see what's active, what ran today, and whether anything needs your attention.
What you'll see
Agent Hub groups your agents into three sections based on how they operate.
Real-Time Agents
These are agents that respond to events as they happen — for example, an AI that processes inbound emails or handles live support requests. Each card shows the agent's current status (active, paused, or error), when it was last active, and any consecutive failures. If an agent has failed two or more times in a row, a red badge appears on the card and at the top of the page so you notice immediately.
Click any real-time agent card to open its detail view at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/agent-hub/rt/ where you can see its full run history, tool logs, and metrics.
Voice Agents
Your AI voice agents appear here in a compact list showing whether each agent is live or in draft. Click any voice agent to manage its configuration, script, and call logs.
Scheduled Agents
Scheduled agents run automatically on a clock — daily reports, overnight checks, and similar cron-based tasks. The table shows each agent's name, its next scheduled run time, and its status for today: Passed, Failed, Running now, or Not run yet. If an agent failed today, you'll see the error summary inline.

Agent Hub is the entry point into a set of pages that give you full oversight of your AI team.

Understanding agent status
Each agent shows one of four states:
- Active — the agent is running normally.
- Paused — the agent has been temporarily suspended.
- Error / Failing — the agent has hit consecutive failures. Check its detail page for the error message and investigate before it affects your clients.
- Disabled — the agent is off and will not run.
Good habit: Check Agent Hub at the start of each day. If the scheduled agents table shows any failures and the real-time section has red badges, those are the two places to investigate first. Most issues resolve quickly once spotted early.
