How to Manage Opportunities
Use the Opportunities list at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/opportunities to view, filter, create, and bulk-action every opportunity across all your workflows in one place.
What this is
The Opportunities list at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/opportunities gives you a tabular view of every opportunity across all your workflows — regardless of which pipeline or stage they sit in. It's the fastest way to search, filter, create, and bulk-manage opportunities without switching between pipeline boards.
If you prefer the visual Kanban board, that lives at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/workflows. The two views show the same data — Opportunities is just better suited for bulk work and cross-pipeline visibility.
Navigating the list
Head to https://app.trustpager.com/crm/opportunities. The table shows every opportunity with its linked company, primary contact, workflow, stage, lead source, and opportunity type at a glance.
To narrow down what you're looking at:
- Search — type in the search bar to find opportunities by name or linked company. Results filter as you type.
- Workflow filter — select a pipeline to show only opportunities from that workflow.
- Stage filter — once you've picked a workflow, you can narrow further to a specific stage.
You can also click any column header to sort — useful for spotting your highest-value opportunities or the most recently created ones.
To clear all filters, use the reset option in the filter bar.
Inline editing
You can update the lead source, opportunity type, and contact type directly in the table without opening the detail view. Click the dropdown in the relevant cell and choose a new value — the change saves immediately.
Creating an opportunity
Click Add Opportunity in the top right. Fill in the opportunity name, value, workflow, and stage — workflow and stage are required. Optionally link a company and contact, and assign a lead source.
Once created, you'll be taken straight to the opportunity's detail page.
Opening an opportunity
Click any row to open the opportunity's detail page, or use the View Details action in the row menu. The detail page is where everything lives:
- Info — name, value, lead source, type, linked company and contacts, and tags.
- Products — line items attached to the opportunity.
- Tasks & Workflows — tasks and automation stage history.
- Activity timeline — calls, emails, meetings, and notes.
- Work Orders — any work orders raised against this opportunity.
- Notepads — shared notes attached to the opportunity.
- Needs Analysis — AI-generated discovery summary.
- Assigned Team — team members responsible for this opportunity.
Bulk actions
Tick the checkboxes on the left of any rows to select multiple opportunities. Once selected, you can:
- Move — move all selected opportunities to a different stage or workflow in one step.
- Delete — permanently remove the selected opportunities. You'll be asked to confirm.
The Move action is the fastest way to advance a batch of warm leads after a campaign or event.
Grouping by workflow and stage
The table has a built-in grouping bar that lets you slice your opportunities into sub-groups without leaving the list view. Look for the pill-style dropdowns that appear below the column headers — they cascade, so you pick a workflow first, then a stage within it.
Once you make a selection, the table narrows to that group and shows a count and a total value aggregate next to the dropdown so you can see at a glance how many opportunities are in a given stage and what they're worth. Your selections are remembered per browser session, so refreshing the page keeps you in the same view.
To clear the grouping, click the active pill and deselect your choice, or use the reset option in the filter bar.
Filtering by date
The date filter pill sits in the search bar area at the top of the page. Click it to open a popover and choose which date field to filter on — options include created date, updated date, won date, lost date, expected close date, and next action date, as well as any custom date fields your team has set up in CRM settings at https://app.trustpager.com/settings/crm.
You can filter by a specific day, a custom date range, or a preset like This month, Last quarter, or Last 7 days. Presets always resolve against today, so Last 7 days stays current every time you open the page. The active filter shows as a filled pill with a summary label and an inline × to clear it quickly.
Date filtering applies before grouping and pagination, so the counts and totals in the grouping bar reflect only the date-filtered slice of your data — useful for monthly or quarterly pipeline reviews.
Tips
- The Opportunities list shows data from all workflows at once. If you only want to work with one pipeline, use the workflow filter first.
- Inline edits (lead source, type) save instantly — no save button needed.
- The Kanban view at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/workflows is better for visual stage progression; the list view is better for bulk updates and reporting.
- Combine the date filter with the grouping bar to see monthly totals for a specific workflow — for example, filter to This month and group by workflow + stage to get a settled-pipeline snapshot.
- Your grouping selections and date filter are both saved to localStorage, so you can set up a view once and come back to it without re-applying filters.
