Contractor portals

Give a contractor or subcontractor a private, branded jobs hub where they see the work assigned to them, keep its status up to date, upload photos, and sign your agreement, with no access to your CRM.

A contractor portal is a private, branded login where a contractor sees only the jobs assigned to them: their work orders, their tasks, and any documents you've sent them to sign, all at portal.trustpager.com. It's the delivery-side sibling of the client and partner portals covered in How to set up a client or partner portal.

What the contractor sees

They never see your CRM, your other contractors, or anything you haven't shared into their portal.

Creating a contractor portal

Open the stakeholder at https://app.trustpager.com/operations/stakeholders and open their detail page. If their stakeholder type has Portal access switched on, you'll see a Create contractor portal button. Two things need to be true first:

Once created, you can preview the portal, copy the sign-in link to send them, and manage members. Every contractor portal is stamped from your workspace's one contractor portal template, so they all look and behave consistently.
