How to Build a Leads Pipeline with Claude
Watch Claude rename your pipeline stages and wire up four stage-level automations in 90 seconds — auto-reply, follow-up, proposal chase, and pre-call reminder.
This is the fastest way to go from an empty pipeline to a fully-automated sales workflow. You describe what you want, and Claude builds it — renaming stages, creating automations, and wiring up triggers and actions across your entire pipeline in a single session.
Watch the build
The video below shows Claude setting up a complete leads pipeline in 90 seconds: four stages, four automations, all live in TrustPager.
What Claude built
Starting from a blank four-stage pipeline, Claude:
- Renamed the stages to New Enquiry → Discovery Call → Proposal Sent → Negotiation
- Added an auto-reply on New Enquiry — so every new lead gets an immediate response
- Added a 3-day follow-up on Discovery Call — fires if the opportunity sits quiet for three days
- Added a 5-day chase on Proposal Sent — catches unsigned proposals before they go cold
- Added a day-before reminder on Negotiation — sends the client a reminder the day before their discovery call
Each automation was wired with the correct trigger type and actions — no manual builder required.
How to do this yourself
You'll need the TrustPager MCP connector active in Claude. See https://trustpager.com/help-center/connect-claude-to-trustpager for setup.
Once connected, open a new Claude conversation and describe your pipeline in plain English — who your leads are, what stages they move through, and what follow-up you want at each step. Claude will ask any clarifying questions it needs, then build the pipeline and automations directly in your TrustPager account.
You can verify every automation at https://app.trustpager.com/crm/pipelines — open the pipeline, click any stage header, and you'll see the automations listed with their triggers and actions already configured.
Adjusting after the build
Everything Claude builds is fully editable. Open any automation from the stage header, change the timing, swap the email template, or add extra actions. The pipeline is yours to modify — Claude just gets you there faster.
Tip: If you want Claude to use specific email templates or send to a particular sender address, mention that in your initial prompt. The more context you give, the less back-and-forth is needed.
