How to Attach Files to Automation Emails

How to add file attachments to automated email actions in TrustPager Mail and Gmail automation wizards.

Both email action types in TrustPager automations � Send Email via TrustPager Mail and Send Email via Gmail � support file attachments. You pick files from your workspace library directly inside the automation wizard, and they are delivered with every send, including test sends.

Where the Attachment Picker Lives

Open any automation at https://app.trustpager.com/auto/automations and open a Send Email action (either TrustPager Mail or Gmail). Scroll past the message body � you will find an Email Attachments (optional) section with an Add / Manage button marked with a paperclip icon.

How to Add an Attachment

  1. Click Add / Manage. The file picker modal opens and shows every file currently in your workspace library.
  2. Tick the files you want to attach, then confirm. Each selected file appears as a card showing the file name and size.
  3. Save and activate the automation as normal. Attachments are sent with every email fired by this action � both live runs and test sends.

Upload Files Before You Start

The picker is browse-only � you cannot upload from inside the wizard. If the file you need is not in the list, go to https://app.trustpager.com/tools/files, upload it there, then return to the automation. The file will appear in the picker immediately.

Size and Count Limits

If your files exceed the limit for the sender type, reduce the number of attachments or replace large files with smaller versions at https://app.trustpager.com/tools/files.

Removing an Attachment

Open the action wizard and click Add / Manage again. Untick the files you want to remove, confirm, and save the automation.
