Customize Your TrustPager Experience
Set your timezone, theme, default views, and notification preferences to make TrustPager fit how you work.
The Preferences page is where you tune TrustPager to fit your workflow — your timezone, theme, default landing page, and notification style. Head to https://app.trustpager.com/account/preferences to manage your settings.
These preferences are just for you — they don't affect what your teammates see.
Timezone
Your personal timezone is used for:
- How dates and times are displayed across the app
- The default timezone for events and bookings you create
- Reminder times for tasks and follow-ups
It defaults to whatever your browser reports, but you can override it manually if your browser is wrong (for example, if you travel and want all times shown in your home timezone). For the full guide, see https://trustpager.com/help-center/set-personal-timezone.
Theme
Pick between Light, Dark, and System themes. System follows your OS-level dark-mode setting and is the default. The change applies instantly — no reload needed.
Default landing page
Choose where TrustPager lands you when you open the app. Common picks:
- Workflows — kanban view of your active opportunities (default for most users)
- Inbox — straight to email and SMS conversations (ideal for support roles)
- Tasks — your task list (ideal for ops or fulfillment roles)
- Reporting — straight to your dashboards (ideal for managers)
Notifications
Control how TrustPager pings you. Each notification category has independent toggles for in-app, email, and (where supported) push notifications:
- Mentions and assignments — when someone @mentions you or assigns you a task or opportunity
- Inbox replies — new emails or SMS replies on threads you're involved in
- Voice agent calls — completed call summaries from your AI voice agents
- Approvals — agent proposals and SLA-bound approvals waiting on you
- Workspace digest — daily or weekly summary of activity across your workspace
Turn off anything that isn't useful. You can always re-enable it later. Important: critical security alerts (sign-in alerts, 2FA changes) always go to your email regardless of these settings.
Date and number format
Pick how dates display (DD/MM/YYYY vs MM/DD/YYYY) and your preferred currency. These are display-only preferences — the underlying data is stored in a single canonical format and rendered in your preferred style on every page.
Where these settings live
Your preferences are stored against your user account, so they follow you across every TrustPager workspace you belong to and every device you sign in on.
Tip: If you can't see something a teammate can — for example, they say a button is on the left but yours is in the right sidebar — your account preferences aren't the cause. Permissions and roles control feature visibility; preferences are display-only.
