# PATCH /feedback/settings

Change the workspace feedback settings.

## Parameters

| Name | In | Type | Required | Description |
|------|----|------|----------|-------------|
| `alert_user_ids` | body | array | no | Team members who hear about unhappy customers. The first gets the task, everyone gets the email. Empty means the workspace owner. |
| `unhappy_max_rating` | body | number | no | Ratings at or below this (1 to 4) count as unhappy. Default 2. |
| `cooldown_days` | body | number | no | How long the Feedback Agent waits before calling the same customer again (0 to 3650). Default 365. |
| `require_approval` | body | boolean | no | Optional. Set true to route this write into the approval queue for human review instead of executing it immediately (returns 202 + an approval_id). Works even when your key/token has permission to execute directly. |
