# GET /email/blocked-recipients

**Resource:** [Email](./email.md)
**MCP tool:** `list_blocked_recipients`
**Scopes:** `email:read`
**Write operation:** no

List the email addresses this workspace can no longer send to. An address is blocked after it hard-bounces, files a spam complaint, or is set to do-not-contact, and from then on every email to it is skipped (shown as "Blocked" in email logs). Each row gives the reason, when it was blocked, can_reactivate, and marketing_opt_out (they also unsubscribed from marketing, which unblocking keeps). Pass query to search by part of an address. Use this when someone says they are not receiving emails.

## Parameters

| Name | In | Type | Required | Description |
|------|----|------|----------|-------------|
| `query` | query | string | no | Optional. Part of an email address to search for, e.g. "resolve.net.au". Omit to list every blocked address. |
