Voice agent toolkit: save someone the customer recommended, as a contact and a referral credited to the customer. Only when the customer said it is OK to get in touch. Up to three per call; nobody is called automatically.

## Parameters

| Name | In | Type | Required | Description |
|------|----|------|----------|-------------|
| `name` | body | string | yes | The full name of the person they recommended. |
| `phone` | body | string | yes | Their phone number, as the customer read it out. |
| `email` | body | string | no | Their email, only if the customer offered it. |
| `ok_to_contact` | body | boolean | yes | True only if the customer said it is fine for us to get in touch with this person. |
| `note` | body | string | no | Anything useful the customer said about them, e.g. "neighbour, needs a new hot water system". |
| `require_approval` | body | boolean | no | Optional. Set true to route this write into the approval queue for human review instead of executing it immediately (returns 202 + an approval_id). Works even when your key/token has permission to execute directly. |
